ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Lynn McLean, LCSW-S, Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor
Lynn is a child and family therapist in Houston, Texas. After beginning her career more than 20 years ago at Texas Children’s Hospital, she founded her own practice, Houston Family Therapy Associates, in 2004. After educating professionals and interns at Small Steps Nurturing Center in a weekly play therapy seminar she wrote and presented, Lynn decided to expand the trainings and offer them online to help other clinicians. In addition to developing and presenting material through her company, Learn Play Therapy, she has presented play therapy education at her alma mater, the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work, at the University of St. Thomas, to private groups and at public schools, and in online webinars.
